Yes. Remote consultations via Zoom are completely free. In-practice appointments require a £25 refundable deposit to secure your time, which is returned when you attend.

What happens during a remote consultation?

You’ll meet our Treatment Coordinator via Zoom for a friendly discussion about your goals, possible treatments, and pricing options. It’s designed to help you understand your choices before visiting the clinic.

Can I book a consultation for any treatment?

Free consultations are available for cosmetic and implant treatments. For general dentistry, please contact our reception team for standard appointment details.

How long does an in-practice consultation take?

Your visit lasts around 30 minutes and includes a full assessment, scans if needed, and a discussion about your recommended plan.

Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

It’s helpful to think about your goals, concerns, or examples of smiles you like. You can share photos or questions during your consultation.

What happens after my consultation?

You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan and transparent pricing. Our team will follow up to help schedule your treatment or answer further questions.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Of course. We understand plans can change - just contact us and we’ll arrange a new time that suits you. However we do require two working days notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
